Description

This spectacular, custom designed “Lilac City Stars” quilt was inspired by the traditional colors and flowers of the festival from which it gets its name.
The vivid center medallion is surrounded by 28 unique, intricately pieced stars.
The exuberant shades of purple, lilac and green are accented by pops of yellow and teal.
Measuring 100” by 100”, the quilt fits a queen or king sized bed or makes a stunning statement when hung on a wall in a home or business. Custom pillow cases and pillow shams complete the package.
In excess of 450 hours of design and craftsmanship were donated by the Frayed Edges Quilt Guild of Spokane. The glorious and complex quilting was done by award winning Terry Engleman, also of Spokane.

The winning bidder of this queen sized lilac quilt will be announced at the Davenport Hotel on Sunday, May 21st during the Farewell Breakfast. All auction money goes to support the mission of the Spokane Lilac Festival and its 79th annual "Celebrating Our Heroes" year.
