Experience the taste of New England in the comfort of your home with our one-pot, stove-top clambakes. We’ll provide everything you need (and then some) – all for the perfect clambake.
First, we select the finest hard shell lobster, Prince Edward Island mussels, littleneck clams and steamers and combine them in a large pot with fresh New Jersey corn on the cob and new potatoes. Then, just add water, bring to a boil and in about 30-40 minutes you’ve got a delicious spread that will make you and your guests feel like you’re dining Downeast-style on the Maine coast.
Each clambake includes butter, clam juice, lemons, lobster bibs, lobster crackers and picks. We also provide a cooking manual with more specific instructions as well as some fun facts and tips to help guide you through your feast.
