Your host will be Accessible Gourmet Chef and writer, Michael Lyons who works hard to find and share food that “energizes the soul and inspires imagination.” Join Michael to walk the vineyard, watch wine bottlings, see wine making process live and in person. And then sit down to your own personal Chef’s Tasting. Wine by M Cellars, artisan bread by Bloom Bakery, and food crafted and presented by Michael Lyons. This day is inspired by this local chef’s philosophy: Gourmet food should be fun, approachable, healthy, and meant to be shared with others and will include personally autographed copies of his book.
