Join Cleveland Chef and General Manager of Green City Growers Jeremy Lisy for a private fishing trip for up to six on Lake Erie. Spend the day targeting Walleye, Perch, and Steelhead .Chef Jeremy will use a portion of your catch of Lake Erie Walleye, Perch, and Steelhead to create a personalized and unique Chef’s Tasting complete with cocktails. The remaining catch will be filleted and portioned for you to take home. Trip starts at Huron with a breakfast basket from Cleveland’s Bloom Bakery waiting at the Dock; includes fishing lessons and gear by Chef Jeremy and Bloom General Manager Kristina plus on deck Mimosas and/or Bloody Mary’s. Specialty salads from Green City Growers will be created and served along with your days catch. Both Bloom and Green City Growers are business that provide products that taste good and do good for Cleveland! Dates will be scheduled and agreed on by both parties within 1 year of auction completion.
