Located in vibrant East Passyunk, Essen Bakery is an artisan bakery, specializing in jewish baked goods. Learn how to shape and create your own versions of challah and babka in this class for two. You and a friend will experiment with the intricacies and techniques of braiding and flavoring challah (with seeds, za'atar, cinnamon, sugar, etc.) and shaping and personalizing babka (with chocolate, halva, nuts, etc.). Family recipes will remain top-secret. You'll leave with plenty of challah and babka to enjoy! This will be such a great time!
