Are you ready to learn a tasty new skill? During the pandemic CJ Hirschfield mastered the art of oyster shucking while the rest of us mastered the art of Netflixing. CJ will lead a hands-on experience for up to four people. Not only will you learn how to shuck, CJ will share her knowledge about the value and importance of this delicious aphrodisiac and their history here in the Bay Area. You’ll leave with your own glove and shucker. But, wait! There’s more. Greg Knight and Randy Arnold will join you and provide a selection of bubblies for pairing with the oysters. Please schedule well in advance by mutual agreement. We will follow pandemic protocols and ask that you be past your two-week vaccination period prior to scheduling.
