Description

Mystery surrounds these prints by famed American ornithologist, naturalist and painter John Jay Audubon (1785-1851). Discovered in a long-forgotten SCCA file, these small prints are beautiful, detailed and glowing with color, each on older, unusual paper. Their provenance is unknown. They are quality reproductions, at the very least. In good condition, they are approx. 6" x 10".

Each Audubon print depicts a bird in its natural habitat. You will enjoy the realism and dynamic artistry of J.J. Audubon's images of: Pectoral Sandpiper, Dusky Albatross, Aquatic Wood-Wagtail, Purple Sandpiper.
