Georgia Pellegrini, star of Modern Pioneering, author of three best selling cookbooks, and host of the Adventure Getaways will host a virtual cooking class demonstrating wonderful ways to cook our famous Arkansas duck. Georgia was trained at the famed French Culinary Institute and worked in several well-known farm to table restaurants including Gramercy Tavern and Blue Hill at Stone Barns as well as in France at La Chaggagnette. Georgia is an avid hunter and prides herself on teaching modern pioneering skills empowering people to hunt and cook their own meals. The winner of this one-of-a-kind experience will receive a private virtual cooking class including ingredients.
