Holiday spirit abounds with this 100% woman-made cocktail kit!

Pictured is our holiday version which is beautiful (and I'll include the recipe) but I really am a big fan of the traditional French 75. Many of you cocktail lovers already know this trick I'm going to show you in this kit, the absinthe rinse or in this case spray. For the absinthe I did 2 blind tastings to be sure it was the best... I love the amazing Absinthia Absinthe made by Absinthia Vermut. It's made in the Bay Area, in the swiss method and is distilled so it's clear. The nose and palate are so refined, I just know you will all love this! Then the sparkling wine I chose is fabulously layered in flavor with aisian pear, citrus notes and beautiful acidity. This is a gorgeous Blanc de Blanc, I wouldn't be at all amiss to drink it purely on it's own. But then in the cocktail... It's mind boggling. It's made by Ashley Hertzberg for Amista Vineyards. It's just perfect in this cocktail.

1.75oz glass spray bottle of Absinthia Absinthe

It feels amazing to be collaborating with my fellow female makers to bring you this kit. The French 75 was the first gin cocktail to become a favorite for me and I hope this kit will make it a favorite for you as well. I will also include a recipe to make this holiday version of the cocktail as well. The photo was so festive I had use it! It also pairs beautifully with your holiday meals.

For just $10 we are happy to deliver auction item or items right to your door. This offer is good only in Sonoma County. We must have a street address not a PO Box. Winning bidders will receive instructions about how to arrange delivery in their winning bid confirmation email after the auction closes.

Wine or beer will be available for pick up (free) or delivery in Sonoma County (additional $10) as long as it is received by an adult over the age of 21.

If delivery or pick up are not arranged, the sale will be void in 30 days, the winner may treat their bid as a tax-deductible donation to SGN, and the item will be resold at a future auction.

Winning bidder for wine and beer must be 21+ years of age.
