The whole Hog package includes a slow roasted local pig, BBQ chicken, Carolina coleslaw, macaroni salad, soft buns, corn bread, assorted sauces, and disposable paper goods. Additional people may be added to the picnic for $30 each, Chef Whaley has over 15 years of competition BBQ experience and has roasted over 200 pigs.
