Stay in Minnesota’s oldest, continuously operating lighthouse on the North Shore! Since 1892 our beacon has guided ships into Agate Bay. Perched on a rocky peninsula, guests will have exclusive access to the lighthouse tower, parlor, and dining room. The Keeper’s Quarter's three guest rooms are located on the second floor of the house, each with a queen bed and different views of Lake Superior. Relax in the living room with a good book, enjoy a board game in the dining room, or explore the lighthouse tower (just make sure to bring your key!). The primary attraction in our dining room is the lighthouse’s original Fourth-Order Fresnel Lens. Voted one of the top ten most romantic inns by I Love Inns, the Lighthouse Bed and Breakfast is open year-round, 7 days a week.

Close to 4 Minnesota State Parks, the Lighthouse Bed and Breakfast is centrally located to Lake Superior recreation in any season. Whether a hiker, skier, snowshoe enthusiast, or simply looking for a relaxing getaway our accommodations can’t be beat.
