These sessions will be recorded using the Zoom platform so you can revisit them in your own time.
What you will need to do:

Be curious about coaching, open to feedback, and willing to invest in your own development
Be intentional about how you want to use these coaching conversations to support your growth, your goals
Be open, willing to step back, go on your “balcony”, take different perspectives, discover different solutions to your pressing issues/challenges

Laurent is the proud papa of Jeanne in Ms Washington’s class (K).
Laurent partners with leaders to tackle their leadership challenges and help them manage complexity in the workplace. His coaching aims at helping them develop their own problem-solving strategies to achieve their goals. He also applies his leadership development experience and understanding of adult stages of development to support the professional growth of his clients. His practice focuses on leadership coaching and development, and leadership transitions.
Laurent is also an external coaching faculty for executive education programs at UVA Darden Business School and Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
Laurent serves as Board Secretary for the Georgetown University Institute for Transformational Leadership Network and is a founder of the International Coaching Federation Foundation Society.
Laurent is the former Global Head for Leadership Development for the World Bank Group, a global financial institution with offices in 140 countries. There he was responsible for supporting the leadership development of over 900 global leaders in a multi-cultural context.
Laurent is the parent of kindergartener Jeanne.
