BookSpring is the leading Central Texas organization focused on building literacy skills and the motivation to read through increasing home libraries and reading aloud activities for children. 

BookSpring programs reach low-literacy families at the very earliest point in their child’s development, coaching them to optimize the critical early months and years of brain development, and to make reading aloud an integral part of family activities. And BookSpring has not missed a beat in responding to the challenges presented over the past year, distributing over 150,000 books and 100,000 digital resources directly to kids and families.  

Funds raised through the Silent Auction will go to buying books and supporting our reading programs. Bids will only be taken during the event on October 15, 2021 from 6pm to 8pm CT. Bids can be done at the event or virtually through this site.
