Cairo-Durham's AP European History Class Community Auction

Addressing Poverty in Our Own Community and Abroad

Our AP European History class is completing an AP with WE Service Learning Project. This school year, our class has focused on studying and addressing the issue of poverty, an issue that exists in our own community and in places around the world.

With the generosity of our local sponsors, we are proudly hosting an online community auction. All proceeds will benefit two organizations that support our goal of addressing poverty and issues that stem from it. One of these organizations is the Cairo-Durham School Backpack Program. This program supplies elementary students with food during weekends and school breaks. The second organization is The End Fund, which gives resources to help people affected by neglected tropical diseases in regions of the world that are typically underserved.

You will need to create a simple bidder account to bid on an item. Also, click view items to see all of the donations that are available.

All items can be paid for online through Paypal, or by cash/check at pick up. Items should be paid for at the conclusion of the auction and should be picked up following the auction between June 14th-16th at Cairo-Durham HS. Winners will be contacted with information on how the pick-up process with work.
