ESSAE Annual Holiday Celebration and Silent Auction

Starting on December 14 at 12:00 PM and ending on December 14 at 6:45 PM

Through this easy-to-use and secure interface, you will be able to bid on Silent Auction items donated by our generous partners!

If you have participated in Online Auctions through Bidding Owl before, you don't need to do anything except bid on items! If you have not participated before you will need to register as a bidder.

This will enable you to actively bid on items. For helpful tips and information to manage your bids, please check here.

ONLINE SILENT AUCTION and LIVE EVENT at ALBANY HILTON

  • Bidding will end at 6:45 PM on Thursday, December 14.
  • Please bid based on the minimum increments as posted for each item.
  • Winners will be notified during the Holiday Celebration and via email through the Bidding Owl site.
  • Attendees should NOT remove any items from the tables until payment has been made.

For Live Event Attendees:

  • If you are the winning bidder and in attendance at the Holiday Celebration, once payment is made, items can be picked up at the end of the Holiday Celebration.
  • ESSAE volunteers will assist with the collection of items.
  • After payment has been collected, bidders can proceed to the auction tables with an ESSAE volunteer who will assist winning bidders to collect their prizes.

For Virtual Bidders:

  • If you are the winning bidder and are NOT in attendance at the Holiday Celebration, arrangements can be made to mail your item (shipping fee may apply) or pick it up at the ESSAE office (arrangements must be made in advance).
  • Items will not be shipped or available for pick up until payment has been made.

Items not paid for by Thursday, December 28 will be awarded to the next highest bidder. Thank you for your support!
