Bidder Registration Instructions
GETTING STARTED
- Click on the link above or BIDDER SIGN IN (located at the top right corner of this page) and follow the short registration process.
- If you are registering from your mobile phone you will use the same process by clicking on the BIDDER SIGN IN button. Select the button and then the 'Not a bidder yet? Sign up'. You will be directed to your email to confirm your registration. Once you have confirmed then sign back in as a bidder using the BIDDER SIGN IN button to view auction items/bid.
LOGGING IN TO YOUR BIDDINGOWL.COM ACCOUNT
- Enter BiddingOwl.com into your browser's address field.
- Click on Bidder Sign In (located at the top right corner of this page)
- Enter your Email login and Password to review your account.
- View your Bid Status and Bid History by clicking on My Bids.
BIDDING
- Browse the Categories above (green drop-down menu, top left).
- Select the item you wish to view to see details or to place a bid.
- Enter the correct Bid Amount into the field provided.
- Click Bid and Confirm Bid.
- Congratulations, you are the current High Bidder for the item!
ONLINE CHECK-OUT
- Log into your Bidder Account to view your Bidder History.
- Click on the Shopping Cart in the top right corner of the page and follow the short checkout process. Only items that you've WON can be checked out.
ITEM PICK-UP/SHIPPING
- After items have been paid for, the next step is to make arrangements for collection or shipping. Buyers can choose to have their item(s) shipped or collect in person from the museum office located at 360 Nebraska St. in downtown Sturgeon Bay. All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be billed separately. Appointments will need to be made in advance by calling 920.746.0707 for in-person pick up. Items not picked up without prior arrangements with museum staff by October 31, 2023, will become the property of the Miller Art Museum. For any further questions or information regarding shipping, please contact us directly.
***IMPORTANT INFORMATION***
In order to receive TEXT MESSAGE NOTIFICATIONS on any item you've bid on, you must enter your telephone number under Account Details. Only when this option is selected will you receive text messages when you've been outbid. If not selected, a notification will be sent to the email address you registered with.
