To support childhood literacy and the Dolly Parton Imagination Library, the United Way of Union County is hosting the Power of the Purse online auction.

All proceeds from the event will directly benefit United Way of Union County’s early literacy initiative – the Dolly Parton Imagination Library. The book program is offered free to families, but our cost is about $25 per child/per year.

Shipping is not available for any items in this auction. Must pick up in El Dorado, Arkansas no later than May 3, 2021. If you have any questions about items listed, please contact us.

Thanks to the Dolly Parton Imagination Library and the United Way of Union County, children under the age of 5 years can now have access to their own library where a book is mailed to each enrolled child every month until their fifth birthday. There are currently more than 1,300 children enrolled in the program. In order to enroll more children, we must raise funds to continue to advance the program.
