Bidding Instructions

Before Bidding:

  1. Select “Register” in the top right corner
  2. Input information to create YOUR bidding account
  3. Once signed in, select the “Menu” button on the left.
  4. Select “Auctions”  
  5. Select “Wood River Valley Studio Tours”
  6.  Bid on Your Favorites

Other Instructions: 

  • Click on the art to enlarge the image and to view details 
  • Starting bid is 50% of the retail value of each item
  • “Buy-Out” the item at 150% of its retail value
  • Enter your bid amount and select “Bid” to confirm 
  • Receive text message bidding alerts 
  • Text alerts - enter phone number in Account Details
  • Bid from your computer, tablet, and smart phone!

SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS may collect their art Wednesday (7/13) – Thursday (7/14), 10AM – 5PM at Annie May Art Services, 203 West Croy, Hailey (208.721.1854) 

Artwork requiring shipping within the Continental U.S. will be shipped via UPS at a rate of $20. Shipping discounts available for shipment of multiple panels shipped to the same address.

Applicable Sales Tax Will Be Applied.
