The ever-popular annual Carnival and Silent Auction are upon us! The carnival will be held on Friday, April 14th from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. As in past years, viewing of the Silent Auction items will be available both online and in the Media Center.

All silent auction items are available for bidding for an entire week before the Carnival. The Silent Auction will open at 6:00 p.m. CST on Friday, April 7th online. Items will be available for viewing and continued online bidding on Bidding Owl and in person through 8:00 p.m. CST on Friday, April 14th, which is the night of the carnival. Once bidding concludes, items will be available for pick up beginning at 8:30 p.m. until the carnival closes at 9:00 p.m.

The PTA would not be able to support the school without your generous offerings and donations. We would like to encourage you to bid high and bid often. Funds raised by the PTA go directly back to Shirley Hills and provides much needed support to our teachers and students alike.

All Auction items will be available for pick-up from 8:30 to 9:00 p.m. the night of the carnival. Winners who do not collect their items that evening will have the opportunity to pick up items in the front entryway on Monday, April 17th from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday, April 18th from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. 

Pick-ups that have not occurred during the times listed above will need to be scheduled by emailing hausladene@westonka.k12.mn.us.

Shipping is not available. Auction items may not be returned and are non-refundable. Any items won that cannot be fullfilled due to COVID restrictions will be considered a donation to the school.
