Auction Rules

By placing a bid, you agree to these rules:

1.  If yours is the winning bid for an item, you have purchased the item. All sales are final, and all items are sold “as is.” There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise noted. We have made every attempt to catalogue each item as accurately as possible.  If you have questions, please contact us prior to bidding.

2.  The value listed is an estimate of fair market value. 

3.  Restaurant certificates do not include alcohol, tax, or gratuities unless  specified.

4.  Payment of a winning bid is due in full at the conclusion of the auction.  

5.  We will mail/ship, free of charge (within the continental U. S.), any item for which you have placed the winning bid. You may also pick up your item from Suzanne Lewis in room 324 of the Education and Technology Center of Holy Family University.  

6. All items will ship at the conclusion  of the auction.  This includes, "buy it now" items.
