Our PTA Online Auction will open on Tuesday, October 4 at noon (12 pm) and will close on Monday, October 10 at noon (12 pm)! You can preview the items up for bid beginning Thursday, September 29. We have some exciting items and experiences for you to bid on this year! From gift baskets and collectables to fun experiences for your children both inside and outside of school, there is something for everyone! This year, we've added some wonderful travel packages for you to explore! There is also an option to make a direct financial contribution to the Sunnyvale PTA by clicking the "donate" button below.
Through your continued support of the PTA, we are able to provide Sunnyvale campuses with direct classroom and campus assistance. Each year, we provide valuable school assemblies, Red Ribbon Week support, teacher appreciation gifts and lunches, Field Day activities and many other exciting activities throughout the year. Online Auction Procedures:
- To see the items and experiences available for purchase, create an account or sign in. Then, click on the green 'View Items' menu at the top of this auction webpage.
- Browse and bid often from Tuesday, October 4 at noon (12 pm) until Monday, October 10 at noon (12 pm). You may begin to view items on the auction website starting Thursday, September 29.
- Winning bidders will receive an email as soon as the auction closes on October 10. This email will include a link to pay via PayPal. Please remit payment within 48 hours.
- Physical items and gift cards will be available for local pick up at SISD. Winners will receive an email as soon as the auction closes with pick-up times and locations.
- Online gift cards and travel package information will be emailed to the winners by Saturday, October 22.
- If you purchase an experience for you or your child, you will receive a gift certificate via email by Saturday, October 22. This email will include contact information for redeeming the experience. It is the purchaser's responsibility to reach out to the contact person for planning/redeeming their experience.
Online Auction Rules:
- "Buy It Now" options will become available at the start of the auction on October 4.
- There are no refunds available.
- Physical items must be picked up at Sunnyvale ISD. Shipping will NOT be available.
- Bidding is only allowed for community supporters of Sunnyvale ISD. We reserve the right to delete bids from unauthorized bidders.
- Winning items must be paid for within 48 hours of receiving payment information via email. If not, we reserve the right to pass the winning item to the next highest bidder.
- It is the purchaser's responsibility to reach out to the contact person listed on the gift certificate for their experience. If a parent does not contact the person within the school year in which the auction item is purchased, the prize is no longer valid.
- This is an online auction. There will not be an in-person live auction. However, please join us at the PTA carnival (Saturday, October 8 from noon - 8 pm) for lots of family fun!
