Greens Farms Spirit Shop and Connecticut Greyhound Adoption have teamed to auction off 20 empty whiskey barrels from the Greens Farms single barrel whiskey program.

These barrels are great for indoor/ outdoor decor — or for aging beer or other spirits.

All proceeds benefit Connecticut Greyhound Adoption. They are a nonprofit, volunteer organization whose mission is to find permanent, loving homes for retired racing greyhounds. To fulfill this mission, their goals are threefold: to inform and educate the public about the joys of greyhound adoption; to identify suitable, caring homes for retired racers; and to provide pre- and post-adoption support to facilitate the transition from track to home. They work cooperatively with the greyhound racing industry to help as many greyhounds as possible, including special needs dogs.

Winning bidder picks up the barrel from Sav-Rite Liquors at 117 Washington Ave, North Haven. Shipping is not available. Pickup only.
