Dear Friends of Music at Cherry Creek High School,

Welcome to the 2022 Cheery Creek High School Band Parent Association (CCHSBPA) Online Auction.

The proceeds from the auction will help raise necessary funds to support development and growth of programs that benefit our band students. The Cherry Creek High School music program has several diverse music groups (marching, concert, and jazz bands to mention a few) serving over 300 band students.

INSTRUCTIONS:

The auction is open for bidding from the morning of Friday, September 16, 2022 @ 12 pm MDT and run until Tuesday, September 20, 2022 9:59 pm MDT. So check back often!!! There are many valuable items to be won! Thanks to all who donated.

Please click the green VIEW ITEMS link ABOVE to bid on the many valuable auction items and support our students. All bidders will need to create a BiddingOwl account in order to bid. At 9:59 pm MDT on September 20, winning bids will be charged to your credit card.

ONCE you receive the email confirmation of your winning bid, then go to Cheddar Up where you can enter your credit card information or bank account routing and account number for ACH Processing.

Please enter required bidder and item information in the question section of Cheddar Up payment processing. All winning bids must be paid in full within 24 hours of the auction close, Wednesday, September 21st 10:00 pm MDT. Winning Bid Items that are not paid in full by this time, will roll to the next bidder.

*Please note - The Cheddar Up site can get overloaded at times. If you payment does not go through, please try an hour later. Be sure to watch for and keep the email from Cheddar Up confirming that your payment processed.

*As a Non-profit organization we are unable to cover the payor processing fees. The merchant fee through Cheddar Up is approximately 3.5%. We appreciate your understanding and continued support for the CCHS Band Parents Association.
