A customized Pastry experience with Jessie Prawlucki Styer, Pastry Chef at Fond. First, discuss menu options with Jessie, based on interest and skill level. Options could include, but aren’t limited to:
•Chocolate mousse cake with coconut sorbet
•Hazelnut profiteroles with vanilla bean creme anglaise and cocoa sorbet
•Meyer lemon tart with raspberry meringue, fresh berries, and pistachio ice cream
Next, set a date to work together, making a dessert from start to finish, and take it home! Ages 10 to adult. 2-3 hour experience, date depends on mutual availability.
FOR ALL ITEMS: EPX will provide winning bidders a gift certificate for the experience, or EPX will connect winning bidders to the participating organization via email to make arrangements.
