The Mighty Bread Co.

Description

In this 3-hour class you will learn all the steps of the bread making process from mixing to shaping to baking. Mighty Bread will also go over best practices for baking bread in a home oven. There will be food served and you are welcome to BYOB. Students will have the opportunity to take home recipes and their own sourdough starter.
