New Year? New You, with Three 30-minute Private Sessions at The Strongroom!

The Strongroom is a boutique fitness studio, unlike your typical gym. The Strongroom uses a minimal set of equipment and focuses on total body functional movements with high intensity interval training (HIIT) and circuit training - no machines! They're located in a converted 1920's bank at 1835 South Broad Street.
