Fit for Life Personal Training

Description

Commit to get fit with this series of 3 personal training sessions with Sharon DiNino, certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. Sessions can held in person or via Zoom (in-person needs to be within 25 miles of Hampstead, NH). Sharon also teaches Pilates, barre and Yoga and incorporates these techniques into her training. She can work with you to overcome an injury, focus on a particular goal or improve overall strength and flexibility. Sessions can be for up to 2 people in the same location (either in-person or via Zoom).
