According to Wine Enthusiast, Weisinger Family Winery's 2021 Panner-Hanson Sauvignon Blanc has "bright aromas of freshly rubbed mint and other herbs, followed by full, fleshly feeling, citrus driven flavors." 88 pts.
Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp and refreshing white wine that should be served chilled. It pairs especially well with goat cheese and green vegetables, oysters and delicate fish, and herbal briny sauces.
Weisinger Family Winery is one of the older wineries in Southern Oregon, started in 1988 by John Weisinger. His son, Eric, took over as winemaker and has spent much time studying wines in Europe and New Zealand where his winemaking focus was on Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Pino Noir.
