Winners will be contacted by Elves between Mon June 13th and Fri June 17th, 2022 to determine item pick-up.

There will be three options to receive your items.

1. Socially Distanced Pick-up at the Elves Child Development Centre.
2. Delivery by our volunteers within Edmonton area.
3. Shipping at the cost to the winning bidder.
a. *Costs for shipping will determined by size and weight of item, as well as distance needed to deliver. Elves will be using Canada Post (Canadian shipments) & FedEx (international). Costs will be finalized specific to carrier policies.

All purchases are final. As per the Government of Alberta, no refunds or exchanges are allowed at an auction. Under contract, the sales agreement is binding on both parties.
