Upon entry, the open spaces and large window walls give the feeling of being right on the beach. You will find many high-end appointments throughout this beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa. From gorgeous tile in the living area to plush carpet in the bedrooms, you have the best of both worlds for comfort and functional beauty. The fully-equipped kitchen is open to the living area and has been completely updated with new cabinets, appliances, granite countertops, and breakfast bar. The dining area seats six, with extra seating available at the breakfast bar. The living room has stylish and comfortable new furniture in rich coastal tones.

Enjoy the beautiful sunset view from the balcony which can be accessed from the living room, as well as the primary bedroom with king bed, beautiful furniture and plenty of closet space. Relax in bed with your favorite program on the flat screen tv. The second bedroom also has a private balcony and en suite, a flat screen tv and two queen beds. There is a laundry closet in the front hall with front-loading washer and dryer. This is an amazing location, with a private community pool, outdoor grilling area with grill tools provided and direct access to the beach.

The Beachside Tennis Villas are just a short walk to the South Beach Marina Village, home of the ever-popular Salty Dog Cafe. Enjoy the live family entertainment, a cold drink or grab a burger or ice cream cone. The Marina also offers 3 restaurants and an assortment of Water Sports including kayaking, jet skis and Dolphin Cruises.

Guests of 1871 Beachside Tennis can also rent a bike and explore the miles of bike paths that wind their way throughout the Sea Pines Resort. Jump on the free Trolley (seasonal) and spend the day at the Sea Pines Beach Club or take a relaxing stroll around the Harbour Town Yacht Basin and climb to the top of the Candy-Striped Lighthouse. You can also enjoy the large on-site pool at Beachside Tennis!
