Learn how to take climate action in this key decade with three hours of sustainability consulting for your home or small business. Kata Kerekes (passionate zero waster, Master Composter Sustainability Stewart volunteer) and Julia Deák Sandler (sustainability blogger, renewable energy expert) can help you in English and/or Hungarian to adopt the zero waste, net zero mindset and start making changes big or small.
Topics can include
* how to join the circular economy
* reusable products
* recycling/ upcycling
* composting (setting up a worm bin, or advising other composting methods, etc.)
* electric vehicles,
* rooftop solar or RECs
* offsetting carbon emissions from travel
* climate activism, etc.
Consulting is best done in person in the Puget Sound area but can also be done online. The goal is to get you excited about your new journey and to give you the necessary tools & resources to get started.

Additional Information

Electronic certificates and vouchers will be emailed, while physical items can be picked up on March 25, 2023 at the VFW Mercer Island before or during the Scout Dinner. Pickup can also be arranged from a HAAW board member in the Puget Sound area. Otherwise shipping costs are to be paid by the purchaser depending on item weight and shipping distance.
