Our chef chooses locally grown salad greens and vegetables, locally raised all-natural beef, sustainably harvested fish and Hawaiian taro, and creates a fusion of island and traditional favorites to please your palate.

Your four-course dinner includes locally brewed Maui Brewing Co. beer, wine, Mai Tais and other tropical drinks, plus coffee, tea and two delicious desserts. It all adds up to a relaxing, romantic and memorable way to enjoy a beautiful Maui evening.
