Welcome to our online auction! All items available for pick-up on Saturday, May 5th at our Filled with Laughter event. Please email MaggieH@HagarsSisters.org to make an alternative arrangement.

Bidding is now open and will close on Thursday, May 3rd at 11:55PM.

After Thursday, May 3rd online bids will be transferred to the Filled with Laughter event.

Final bidding will take place at the Filled with Laughter event on Saturday, May 5th, 2018.

If you want to ensure you will win an item, we strongly suggest you either BUY IT NOW or attend Filled with Laughter (buy tickets here now).

Live Auction - If you are unable to attend the event, you can leave an absentee bid. Email the highest value you wish to bid and the following information (Name, Address, Phone number, Date of Birth, Credit Card Payment information) to confidential@hagarssisters.org by May 4th, 2018. A licensed auctioneer will bid on your behalf during the live auction until your indicated value.

Absentee bidders should be aware of the following:

-All left bids are confidential and executed competitively.

-Hagar's Sisters is not liable for errors or failure to execute left bids.

BID POLICIES: Bids cannot be added, changed or retracted once the auction has begun.

Auction Terms and Conditions: Once a bid is placed, it cannot be retracted. In the event of a dispute, Hagar's Sisters, shall act as the final authority and shall determine the winning bid. The decision of Hagar's Sisters shall be final. Rules as they relate to the auction in general and for each specific item will be binding. Payment and date of credit card processing will be at the discretion of Hagar’s Sisters. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. No exceptions. Hagar’s Sisters makes no express or implied warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the property or services auctioned. By his or her purchase, the buyer waives all claims for liability against Hagar’s Sisters or the donor of the property or services that may result from utilization of property or services sold. Each purchaser agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising there from Hagar’s Sisters, its board and employees, the organizers, sponsors and/or volunteers connected with the auction.
