Quad Prep is dedicated to the whole child education of Twice Exceptional students - those who are academically gifted yet have special needs-in grades 6-12 whose traditonal classsroom settings have failed them. Our vision is to allow Quad Prep students to experience education as the transformative experience every child deserves. Here, students rise to the level of talent, instead of being kept down to the level of disability in a completely alternative program that truly molds itself to each child.

 Before coming to Quad Prep our students have, at best, been ignored and allowed to languish as long as they caused no disruption.  As one Quad parent put it, “my son was doing 6th grade math in 3rd grade...in 7th grade, he was still doing 6th grade math".  At worse, our students have spent 4 out of every 5 school hours outside the classroom, experiencing an escalating sense of failure and hopelessness.  These children, who have the gifts and perspectives to change the world were quite literally withering away.
