Born in Morocco, Gabriel Amar is the owner and chief designer for Frank Olive Hats since Franks death in 1994. Many of his designs can be spotted at Churchill Downs during the first week in May and have graced the runway at Ky Derby Festival Fashion shows as the featured Millinery designer and are featured in many fine specialty stores across the US.
