OPAF FIRST BID

Support OPAF and the First Clinics

Since 1995, the Orthotic and Prosthetic Activities Foundation (OPAF) has been partnering with leaders across the U.S. to provide adaptive recreation programs to those with physical and mobility challenges. These opportunities, called First Clinics, take place throughout the country and teach participants that they can do so much more than they ever imagined. Our goal is to help as many people as possible say, “Yes, I Can!”

From our First Stride and First Things First clinics which introduce daily activity exercises to improve strength and gait, to First Clinics in Dance, Tennis, Swim and more, we see the ripple effect of our partnerships through our participants and their families that we serve. We know that too few physically challenged people engage in regular recreation activity. Too few are ever empowered to be able to do the things they love. Our First Clinics change that by introducing adaptive recreation in a safe and responsible way. The results are life-changing.

You can help OPAF in its mission through this auction which will be held entirely online. Please note, orthotic and prosthetic componentry will not be available for viewing or bidding online. All of those items will be available for silent auction at OPAF's booth at the AOPA National Assembly Sept. 26-29 in Vancouver, Canada
