Jade is 18 years old and is a Senior at Evergreen High School in Vancouver, Washington. She'll graduate on Saturday, June 8th! 

Jade was diagnosed with Lupus in the spring of 2017 and has been waiting for a kidney transplant ever since. Help us raise funds for COTA, in honor of Jade.

Think of your contribution as a graduation gift and a way to celebrate Jade's achievement of graduating from High School.  It's been a long road for Jade.  Dialysis three times each week, early in the morning, before High School.  Countless visits to the ER.  The unknown of when she'll find a kidney donor.  BTW, we're still looking for a donor - she's blood type O.  Sadly, none of her family or close friends can donate.
