This is an extraordinary time, and our hearts and prayers go out to everyone affected by the coronavirus.  As the news continues to unfold, we are witnessing just how connected our world is.  We really are all in this together, and together, we know we can make a difference.  At Global Health Ministries, we’ve temporarily closed the warehouse, and we wanted to let you know we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Spring Gala on April 17^th. We will miss gathering together and seeing everyone in person. 

We’re grateful to all who had donated auction items for this event.  Since we will no longer be gathering in person, the auction will be online here.  Bidding has begun and will end April 17th at 11:55pm.

We remember these words from Mother Teresa as we navigate these uncertain times, a quote we had chosen for this year’s Gala’s theme: 

“There is a light in this world, a healing spirit more powerful than any darkness we may encounter.”

May that healing spirit move among our partners near and far, and among you and all those you love, and keep you well.
