BIDDING

Placing a bid is easy! Just click on the green "View Items" drop-down at the top left to find the auction items. Choose a category (or "all items") and click on the image to see the minimum bidding price, then go ahead and make a bid! Bids are only accepted via this auction site. Bids cannot be accepted via email or any other method.

Bidding begins Friday, Sept. 15th at 8 AM EST and will end Sunday, Sept. 17th at 9 PM EST.

FUND A NEED and DONATIONS

Please review our sponsorship options under the Fund a Need section of items. If none of the auction items strike your interest, you can also donate to Mending Arrow Ranch directly by clicking on the Donate button below. 

PRIZE REDEMPTION

Winning bidders will be notified at the end of the auction. PayPal at auction close is the preferred payment method this year. Cash, check or card payment at item pick-up is another acceptable form of payment.

All auction winners may pick up the items either Saturday, Sept. 23rd, from 9 am - 12 pm, or Sunday, Sept. 24th, from 4 pm – 6 pm at 627 Red Clay Rd SW, Cleveland, TN 37311.  We offer curbside pick-up, to minimize contact. If you would like to use this option, simply text 423-305-5586 upon arrival and we will deliver your items to your car door. If you paid using PayPal, we will have a receipt of your payment. Please bring your printed receipt or photo ID for verification.
