Unity Hospice

A Charity Auction Event

Welcome to the 2nd annual Unity Hospice Online Auction! New items added daily!

Beginning Friday, November 26 at 8:00AM through Wednesday, December 1 at 6:00PM, Unity Hospice will be hosting our 2nd Annual Online Auction Event.  Those tuning in online will have the opportunity to bid on a variety of items and packages during this time. You can also take advantage of the ‘Buy It Now’ option to secure your holiday gifts this season!

As a nonprofit 501(c)(3), Unity relies on the generosity of community members and local organizations. When you purchase your holiday gifts through the Unity Auction you are also helping raise funds to support the new Unity Grief and Education Center, Northeast Wisconsin’s only freestanding center which provides professional grief counseling, education and public outreach. Located at 2079 Lawrence Drive in De Pere, Unity Grief and Education Center opened its doors in November to expand community grief programming to support individuals and families of all ages who experience a death.  Your purchase will help sustain the center and ensure everyone in need of personalized, compassionate grief support has access to services that help find hope and share experiences.

  • $1,000 -  Help provide meaningful artwork and furnishings for the new Unity Grief and Education Center in De Pere. Your donation will help create a safe haven for those seeking support to learn about grief, share experiences and find hope.
  • $500 - Help fund an activity night at Painting Pottery for 20 children and teens participating in Generations, Unity’s monthly program designed to support grieving families with children and teens ages 4-18. Led by a Unity Grief Counselor, the activity will guide participants to process and incorporate memories of their loved one in their final artwork. Arts and crafts provide a therapeutic outlet for grieving children.
  • $300 - Help fund the purchase of books for adults which will be added to the community resource library located at Unity Grief and Education Center.  These books provide guidance and tips for having conversations with family and friends about love, illness, death, and the stages of grief.
  • $200 - Help fund a Sand Tray that will be used as a therapeutic approach by Unity Grief Counselors for children, teens and adults. Sand play is used as a sensory experience and helps facilitate the natural expression of emotions.
  • $100 - Help fund a Feelings Wheel Pillow. This pillow, featuring emotion faces, can be used to help the child express his/her emotions and improve for his/her well-being.
  • $75 - Help fund wooden blocks used during individual and family grief counseling sessions. This activity uses a child’s most instinctive behavior of interacting with the world around them by playing. A grief counselor will use the wooden blocks to encourage the child to communicate thoughts, feelings, questions, and concerns they may otherwise struggle to express.
  • $50 - Help fund books that are valuable resources for talking to children about love, illness, death and the stages of grief.
  • $25 - Help fund art supplies for Generations, the area’s only community grief support group designed for grieving families. Activities and topics are tailored to children and teens ages 4-18, while adults share their own grief experience.
