The Wornall/Majors House Museums provides inclusive and relevant American history education through community events, public and private tours, and online content. We serve approximately 15,000 individuals each year, with 6,000 being school-aged children.
Like most cultural institutions, our approach has changed in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, but nonetheless, we are dedicated to continuing to provide innovative and informative programs and events to the community, both in-person and virtually.
However, community funding and support is more important than ever as we strive to support staff, rework programs, and keep visitors safe, all while maintaining two historic Kansas City structures.
Our silent auction helps us to fund operating and program expenses as we wrap up 2021. If there isn't an auction item that is right for you, you can donate directly below or through our "fund a need" option.
