Herndon-Reston FISH has been offering Friendly, Instant, Sympathetic Help to any of our neighbors during times of need for over fifty years. 

We missed our in-person Fling Gala last spring, and have some items which were donated for that event, which are sitting in our office just waiting for a new home. 

Board Members and some of FISH's corporate and community supporters have also added items for us to auction here, to give you the chance to do some holiday shopping, while also contributing directly to our assistance funds, there to help any Reston or Herndon resident get through a moment of financial need.

Our Assistance funds help our neighbors stay current on their rent and utility bills, afford needed medicines or dental care, or get repairs to the vehicle which allows them to get to work. 

if you don't see any items you'd like to bid on, we are also offering our famous Auctions for Hope, where you choose the amount of money you'd like to donate, and use that money to purchase Hope to make the lives of our neighbors a little easier during their time of need. Bidding Owl does not take any payment for these "Fund a Cause" items, they offer them as a free service for non-profits. 

If you win the auction for a physical item or items, you may pick them up in the parking lot of our Bargain Loft store, on December 12 between noon-1pm, or make other arrangements for pickup or delivery in the Herndon-Reston area. 

Shipping is offered, at the buyer's cost, for all items except baskets.
