Help support residents that no longer have the financial resources to afford the full cost of their care. 20% of United Zion's residents need help affording the cost of their care. In 2021, over $2.4 million in benevolent care was given in support of resident care. Items will be available to be seen in person Febraury 26 until 4PM at United Zion, 722 Furnace Hill Lititz PA 17543.

Bidder Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law.

Shipping/Pickup

Items notated as pickup only are not eligible to be mailed. Winners of pick-up items must pick up items from United Zion Retirement Community (722 Furnace Hills Pike, Lititz, PA 17543 between the hours of 8AM-730PM daily). 

Items designated as pickup/dropoff/mailed can be mailed. An additional $2.00 wll be added to cover mailing cost (US only). Payment must be received before mailing of the item. If mailed, United Zion is not responsible for any items that go missing in the mail and no replacement will be issued. 

Winner must call 717-627-8421 or email marketing@uzrc.org to arrange pick-up or mail.  

Your Bid or Purchase is a Contract

When you place a bid on an online auction item, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller if you are the winning bidder. You are the winning bidder if your bid is the highest bid at Auction Close and your bid is accepted by the seller.

Please pay attention to all conditions, restrictions, and expiration dates on items and services prior to bidding. 

All items are sold “as is”. United Zion Retirement Community neither warrants nor represents, and shall in no event be held responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, province or condition of the property.

Payment Terms

If you are a winning bidder, you agree to pay the seller the full amount of your winning bid, as well as any applicable shipping charges as specified on the item. Check and cash only for payment. 

All Purchases are Final Once you have confirmed a purchase, your purchase is final and can not be canceled. 

Values set on auction items are donor stated values and are not reviewed or confirmed by United Zion Retirement Community for tax purposes or general value. A winning bidder may be able to obtain an income tax deduction if the amount of the winning bid exceeds the item’s fair market value. Please consult your tax advisor.
