Since 1989, VYT has made an impact on hundreds of thousands of children and their families through musical productions and plays, performing arts classes, theatre camps, school field trips and programs that allow underserved children to experience live theatre for free.

We are a supportive and safe place that teaches young people meaningful life skills, builds their self-esteem and fosters their creativity. We just happen to use theatre as the vehicle to accomplish those things. Our casting calls are open to ALL young people and there are never fees, charges for costumes or ticket sales quotas for them to meet…just the hope that they will become the best people they can be.
