Supporting the Amy Gail Buchman Preschool
Welcome! Thank you for supporting the Amy Gail Buchman Preschool. We're glad you are here!
Diamonds & Ice Fundraiser Online Auction, our main school fundraiser of the year to help raise funds to enhance STEAM education in our classrooms. 100 percent of the proceeds will go to support our school programs!
- Auction begins Wednesday, February 23, at 10 AM
- Auction ends Thursday, February 24, at 10 PM
Instructions:
For auction bidding and to preview items, you are in the right place!
- To PREVIEW auction items:
- Click on the green box marked "View Items" in the top left corner of the screen
- To register as a BIDDER:
- Click the "Register" link in the top right corner of the screen
- Enter in all of your details so we know how to contact you
- Please make sure to check the email or text notification box at the bottom of the form so you can receive alerts if you are outbid!
- If you do not register, you will not be able to bid on items when the auction opens
Payment:
Upon winning, bidders will be sent an email invoice to check out with options for payment.
All items must be paid for and picked up by Friday, March 4, or the item will be offered to the next highest bidder.
Pick Up:
Local pick up only. Payment will need to be confirmed before item pick up. All baskets need to be picked up by Friday, March 4. All items are available for pick up in the Preschool Office between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM.
Alcohol Policy:
Baskets containing alcohol are reserved for bidders age 21 or over.

There are NO returns or exchanges offered. All Sales are Final. The Amy Gail Buchman Preschool makes no guarantees nor offers any warranties as all items are donated from third parties.
The Amy Gail Buchman Preschool reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or suspected fraudulent bid or bidder.
