LOST-WAX FOR LOST-SPECIES BY ABIGAIL BURT BRINGS TOGETHER OVER 100 ARTISTS AND FIVE INDEPENDENT FOUNDERS TO COLLECTIVELY MAKE A NOAH’S ARK OF ENDANGERED SPECIES.

EACH ARTIST WORKED WITH NATURAL MODELLING WAX SENT AROUND THE UK DURING THE GLOBAL PANDEMIC, AND CAME TOGETHER THROUGH THIS CREATIVE ACT TO RAISE AWARENESS OF ENDANGERED SPECIES.

On the 27th November 2022, a Live Auction will take place alongside the Lost-Species Compilation Launch. The event will see musicians, poets and performers come together to raise awareness for our endangered kin. 

Up until now, the collection has been exhibited at The Founders Hall, Barbican, Vittoria Street Gallery, Birmingham and Fishers Court Gallery in SE London, and over £11,000 has been raised for conservation charities.
