If you are the winning bidder, you will be notified by Bidding Owl. When you are notified by Bidding Owl on the night of the event we ask that payment is made promptly upon winning. We accept cash, check or payment by credit card on our secure Auxila website. An email will be sent to you from Ms. Amy with instructions for payment after the event. Cash and Checks can be sent to VSA or paid via Zelle. To make a payment by credit card, we will be using our secure online donation method via Auxilia. You will have to select the items won which will show a "$1 charge", then enter the total amount as your "donation" amount (the link is small on the page) after filling out your information. We will email that link to the winners to make payments on the Auxilia auction payment site after 7 pm on September 15th. Once we have received payment confirmation we will be able to get your item to you. If you need an item shipped to you, we can obtain the shipping costs and you can send us money to pay for the shipping or you can arrange for someone to pick the item up if you are not local. VSA cannot ship alcohol. No items will be available on the evening of the event.
