Online Pre-Bidding started at 12pm EST on Thursday, January 25, 2024, and will go on for the whole 10 days before the St. Paul Gala & Silent Auction for any items we have in already. This site will be live for you to see the items, and get the bidding and donating started. We will continue to add items for pre-bidding as they come in.

Online Pre-Bidding will close on the day of the Gala (February 3, 2024) at 12 p.m. EST. At that point the silent auction paper bidding sheets will be printed out, including the current high bid amount and bidder from the online pre-bidding, and bidding will then continue at the gala from 5pm-8:30pm. Highest bidder wins! 

When you go to pre-bid on your first item, Bidding Owl will direct you to create a bidder login so that you can pre-bid. There is no request for payment info at that time, just login, name, and contact info. Make sure to select the email or text option boxes if you would like to be notified when you become outbid on an item! Then you can click the "Back to current auction" button that will pop up when you complete the registration, and proceed with your pre-bidding!

How exciting to be able to get quality items and the ENTIRE proceeds go to non-profit organizations, including:

St. Paul Orthodox Christian Church: Building Fund & Good Samaritan Fund, Grace Place of Naples (puts faith into action, providing pathways out of poverty by educating children and families), Helps Outreach of Naples (Freely provides food, clothing, and other goods to the needy of Lee and Collier County), Magnolia House of Naples (An evidence-based therapeutic group home for adolescent girls rescued from sex trafficking), Pathways Early Education Center of Immokalee (Sponsor the education of low-income children in Immokalee), Pregnancy Resource Center of SWFL(Provides clear and truthful medical based pregnancy confirmation and education for men and women facing unplanned pregnancy or sexual health crisis).

1. Join us in online pre-bidding! 'Buy it now' secures your item, or the highest bidder wins! That could be you, even if you can't make it to the event :)

2. If you have an item or service that you have access to that you are able to donate to our silent auction, please contact Olivia at (239)381-4271 and let her know! Thank you for your support!!

3. If you would like to sponsor the silent auction to help cover the individual costs of the event; go to Donate & Support and click on the top drop down menu and select “2024 Silent Auction” with any amount that you wish to donate.
