Winning bidders can pick up their items at the CHS Winter concert on December 11^th or at the Chelmsford Public Library on December 12^th. See pick-up details below. Additionally, many items (tickets, passes, gift cards etc.) can be mailed to the winning bidder Please note the shipping restrictions on each listing. 

Chelmsford Friends of Music (CFOM) is auctioning off many fun and unique items donated by generous businesses and community members. All proceeds benefit Chelmsford Public School music programs and their students! Read more about us on our webpage.

Here’s how it works:

That's it! If you have enabled notifications and are outbid, BiddingOwl will send you a note so you can act. You must activate this feature in order to receive notifications after the auction closes letting you know that you have won! Enable this feature by accessing your account information. At the close of the auction, winning bidders will receive an e-mail with a link to pay for their items online via credit card. Paying online makes for the most streamlined pick-up process, however you may also pay for your items in person by cash, check, or credit card. See below for more information on picking up items.

All auction items will be available for pick up at the following times and locations:

12/11/19:  6:30 - 10:00 PM, Chelmsford High School Performing Arts Center, 200 Richardson Road

12/12/19:  7:00 - 8:00 PM, Chelmsford Public Library, 25 Boston Road

If not picked up, many items (tickets, passes, gift cards etc.) can be mailed to the winning bidder after payment is made. Please note the shipping restrictions on each listing.  If you are not able to pick up your items during the given times, and you are local, do not despair.  We will work with you.
