This is a miniature painting of the bird of peace. It measures 3 x3" and comes with it's own tiny easel. This is a piece symbolic for our times.

ABOUT THE ARTIST: Dorothy Lessem
Dorothy has had a passion for Art since she saw her first Picasso art book as a child. "I received my BFA from Wayne State University, majoring in Printmaking, to include Intaglio, Lithography, Silkscreen and block cuts. I have always painted as well, starting with oil paint, then watercolor, now currently enjoying the versatility of acrylics. Inspired by nature, I recently started specializing in miniatures which gives me the ability to express myself more quickly and move on to a new subject. I currently show at the Lakewood Arts Council Gallery".
